Today was going to be the day. The day that I was going start my diet and go to zumba a lose the weight. But here I am sitting in my living room while M naps and all I can think about is dinner and the Dairy queen ice cream cake that my DH bought home on saturday night. I weighed in today and I weigh the most I have weighed 238.5. I would like to lose 75lbs which would be 163.5. I may then decide to lose more but right now that is my long term goal right now. I am going to join weight watchers tonight on-line, I have down loaded the appropriate apps on my new cell phone and I plan to do something that includes movement everyday. I have so many things available to me that I chose not to use.

a treadmill that is mainly used to stack clean laundry on
a dog and daughter that likes to go for walks
and that is just to name a few things....
So I am ready I am going to start this diet and unlike all others in the past I will lose my goal and I will be a happy healthy young mommy!
